Weekend of December 19, 2014

My weekend was so awesome! It was filled with things that were so special to me for the holiday season. Some of the people in my weekend were so nice because I got to spend time with family, nurses, and friends. I hope you enjoy it . Oh, I forgot, if you want to know some of what I did… I rested, went to three parties, I had a friend over, etc. Now sit back and enjoy!

On Friday, it was THE most fun day ever because at school that day… we had an end of the year/Christmas party. We did secret Santa, and saw a scary movie called the Nightmare before Christmas, some of it was so creepy and funny but I loved it. Then, at CCA there was another party and for 1st period there was a girl who sang Part of your World. It was so pretty. Then for our class, the kids signed and talked. There was also a deaf person who came and told us about how she goes to Riot, which is a special college for deaf students.

On Saturday, I went horseback riding and Gretchen, my riding teacher, gave me a cute card with the horses all dressed up and we brought a special card and some cookies for them too. I thought, “you know, this is so sweet.” I said, “Thank you!” After riding my horse in the barn, I went back home and Natalie, my friend came who is in college now, came. So I am sorry dad but I miss her now I thought… Anyways, I played piano for Natalie and we you know fooled ourselves with the song Love is an Open Door from Frozen. We had fun fooling around. From the song, “Jinx! Jinx again!” Anyways… Sorry why do I always say anyways? Go on? Yes? Ok.

Sunday, I went to the zoo and omg the 4d movie was supposed to be rio, but there was a problem. Can anyone tell me what you think the problem was? Uh the movie was at a different time… nope. I will tell you. They changed the movie. Oh…. why you ask? Because remember Christmas, they must change it. They did and now they changed Rio, r i o, to the Polar Express. The p o l a r… e x p r e s s… That’s right once again it’s the Polar Express and watchers, you must know that it snows in this movie. It is true, there is real snow that pops out of the movie scream. Wow! It was an amazing movie. Make sure you see it. Mmm? After that, dun dun dunnnnnn!!!!!!!!!! I went to Matthew and Anne Marie’s house for dinner. And when it was time for gifts I got lucky why? Because as a gift this year I got Peter Pan Live DVD. I wanted the DVD Sound of Music last year… anyways getting to the end…

My favorite part of the weekend was the dinner because man was it awesome? Yes it was…. Woo! My least favorite part of the weekend was nothing because again it was an amazing and wonderful weekend. Next weekend, I want to either go to a park or watch football. I want to do one of these things because if the Chargers lose this game remember no playoffs but if they win, however, yes playoffs. Oh I hope they will win!

Weekend of December 12, 2014

My weekend was so fun. It was filled with awesome activities like going to Zumbathon, watching a movie, going to the nutcracker, seeing Savi, and watching football.

On Friday, after ASL (which was in a Japanese classroom) I went home and I practiced piano not drums.

On Saturday, I got up and I hung out at home until we got ready to go to Mira Mesa because it was a Zumbathon and this small band played some types of Latin music, while we did choreographed moves to songs like Old Black Magic and Féliz Naviadad. I was so tired.

Then at home, I practiced my music. After that, I watched a cute movie called Mr. Peabody and Sherman. I loved it. I saw the first half of the movie with my dad, and the rest with Vincenta and she also loved it.

On Sunday, my nurse, Delanee, was supposed to come at 8 but she didn’t show up so I thought as I was exercising and was watching Barbie’s Nutcracker, “Oh no, what? No nurse? Aw man!” Anyways, so I saw Barbie Nutcracker and it was so good. Then around 12:15 I saw a signing video where the Bravo family brought their son Scott to the hospital because he hurt his leg. Then my dad and I drove to CCA because All Star Dance performed the ballet Nutcracker. The sad thing is Ms. Sarah, who is my dance teacher, was on the program but she didn’t come because she was sick. I was very upset about my teacher, but I liked the ballet a lot.

What’s even more upsetting was last night I watched football and they [Chargers] lost big time.

My favorite part of the weekend was the Nutcracker because it was at my school, Canyon Crest Academy. My least favorite was football because I couldn’t believe they lost. Overall, my weekend was great. Next weekend I want to either to a bay or go see holiday lights. I want to do one of these things because it will be the best!

Weekend of December 5, 2014

My weekend was terrible because I was stuck at home. It was filled with bad things like coughing, resting, but there was some good things like seeing Peter Pan and seeing the end of Harry Potter.

Friday, I went home and rested all afternoon.

Saturday, I was coughing a lot so I stayed home

Sunday, I stayed home, I didn’t feel good so Elizabeth and I hung out at home. Then, we saw Harry Potter and football.

My favorite part of the weekend was seeing Harry Potter because it had a good ending. My least favorite was being sick. Overall, my weekend was so so. Next weekend I hope I will feel better. I want to either go to the mall or the beach. I want to do one of these things because it will be much better.

Not feeling my best

Thanksgiving week November 24, 2014

My Thanksgiving break was super-duper great. It was filled with amazing and awesome things. Some of the things I did were going to Bonnie’s house, going to Arlie’s house, going to LEGOLAND and having an awesome Thanksgiving.

I want to talk about Thanksgiving first because I would like to tell you what I did on that special and heartwarming day. Thursday morning I woke up and realized it was Thanksgiving and, are you ready to hear this? You need to, ok? This will be fun. Get ready….to hear…this. Da da da! I recorded and watched the whole Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

There were marching bands and the famous ROCKETTES. I LOVED THAT.

There was also singing and dancing and floats. There was a SEAWORLD float.

Also they had balloons like Thomas the Tank Engine.

And Spiderman. Also, the band, American Authors was there. And finally, the elves said, “Hey look everyone Santa’s coming!” Santa was on his reindeer float.

Next, two weird things happened. After the parade there was a dog show and I watched it. Then, there was another showing of the same parade from 2 to 5. “What!” I thought it was only in the morning. The second thing that was weird was on Friday I think, I suddenly erased the parade. But, I will try to record the tournament of roses parade.

Anyways, back to the beginning.

On Monday, I had Bonnie and after that I went to Arlie’s house and had fun.

Tuesday, I went to LEGOLAND, and the Lego girls sang Christmas carols and songs like rocking around the Christmas tree.

Wednesday, I went to the zoo and it was so exciting. The theme of the zoo was jungle bells not jingle bells.

Thursday afternoon, [cousin] David, Matthew, Anne-Marie, Arlie, my grandma and Uncle Robert came for thanksgiving dinner.

Friday, I went to the Safari Park and I first went on the tram and I saw some baby giraffes, rhinos, cheetahs, and lions. Then, we ate lunch and we walked to the carousel and the fairground organ played some Christmas songs like Santa Clause is coming to town.

Saturday, I woke up and there was no horseback riding because it was thanksgiving break. I asked my dad can you ask Jaydon to come please? Dad sent a text and so around 12:30 to 1 my dad got a text saying Jaydon will come at 4:00, the same time Vincetta came. So Jaydon came and I said to him, “You look like Harry Potter.” Soon, I played a wonderful piece by Yiruma on the piano for him. After that, I played Wii and I won.

Sunday, I went to the zoo with Elizabeth, my nurse, and we first went on the bus tour and our tour guide was a girl who sang popular songs with funny words like, “Do you wants to take a bus ride?” instead of “Do you want to build a snow man?” from Frozen which is perfect for this season, right? There was also a California condor. What was so funny near the end, while we drove back to the loading dock, was Amy our driver sang, “Somewhere in San Diego, far away, conserve water and plants too, also animals too,” just like the song, “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” I then went on the carousel. When I arrived home, I saw football and later I also saw Harry Potter.

My favorite part of the weekend was the parade because it was the best parade ever. Also I liked seeing Harry Potter because he looks just like Jaydon, my friend. My least favorite part was Harry Potter because in number 3 Harry almost caught the golden Snitch. Also there were Dementors that freaked me out. Finally, I didn’t like the game on TV because the Chargers were losing almost the whole game until the last quarter at 30 seconds when Chargers got a touchdown and won. I couldn’t believe it! Overall, my break was so righteous. Next weekend/break I want to either go to Seaport Village or the Museum of Man. I want to do one of these things because it sure sounds like a lot of fun.
