Weekend of September 19, 2014

My weekend was so fun. It was filled with awesome things like going horseback riding, playing baseball, and helping the homeless people.

On Friday, I went home and relaxed. Matthew, my brother stopped by.

Saturday, I went horseback riding on Mark and I practiced doing a figure eight. It was so cool! Then Jonah, my other rider and I played a game called Red light Green light and I was straight on the line. After that, I came home and got ready for baseball. Omg, I want to tell you something exciting! You see, I got a HOMERUN because I was first and last in the lineup. It sure seemed windy. Oh then I was asking my dad if I had a friend coming again and again and again. So finally my dad got a text, Jaydon will come at 2, BUT when he called my dad at home, he said, “How about in 5 minutes, I will come.” My dad suggested, “How about in 10 minutes?” He agreed and he came so I played the March by Bach on the piano, which he knew because he just heard it at his last concert. Then he played a piece by Diablerie. Then we played a duet which was a blues song. Then, I told him that I have a new game for my DS so he tried it and he loved it. Later, his mom came with a cold. That was on Saturday.

Sunday, I woke up and I not only watched the Lawrence Welk show, but I also saw Americas Got Talent, and there was this 12 year old kid singing with Jennifer Hudson and when Nick Cannon, the host, gave the results he told everyone, “America has voted, the act finishing in 5th place and leaving the competition is… I thought, “Please don’t be Quinines Johnston”… Quinines Johnston!” I thought what! He’s out? Oh no. Anyways then Delanee, my nurse, and I went to this place called Jewish Community Service because the friendship circle helped pass down food for the poor people. So it was an assembly line and teens love that because it is so fun. First, I put in soup cans into bags to pass to another boy who then passed down to etc.. We did this until the last person ties a knot to put in these boxes. So I passed down, milk, piece of gilt, tomato soups, and afterwards I got a certificate and an invite for sukkah on October 11, 2014. Also everyone got a group picture for fun. Then, I got home and I decided to go in my spa. I got in and it was 98 degrees. It was so nice, I thought, “What a lovely day it is so far!” After that, my friend, Savi came and I told her that I had no dance class. Well Savi had tap class, but she didn’t learn a tap dance. Luckily, she danced tap, ballet, hip hop, jazz and contemporary for me. After my friend left, I practiced my music, March by Bach on the piano and on drums I played Taste like Chicken, Respect, and the famous Georgia On My Mind. I also did my drum fills. After that we finished Americas Got Talent, the finale and when Acro Army was out I was so sad. They are a group of kids who do acrobatics. But luckily… the magician won the $1,000,000 prize and the headline in Las Vegas. Cool!!!!!!!!!

My favorite part of the weekend was when I watched Americas Got Talent, and when I helped the friendship circle give food for the homeless because I thought it was amazing! My least favorite part was when that boy didn’t stay in the competition in order to win because we thought he could win the whole thing! But, America decided to not vote for him but we did. Also, this week, I will be so sad because of him. Overall, my weekend was awesome. Next weekend, I want to either go on the SEAL bus, or see Ratatouille. I want to do one of these things because it will be so tremendous! Also, on Friday my friend Natalie will come over. The following weekend, I want to either meet Nick Cannon or go to SeaWorld. I want to do because it will be super.

Weekend of September 12, 2014

My weekend was so fun. It was filled with great things like seeing grandma and horseback riding.

On Friday, I came home and relaxed. Ah!!!!!! Then, I played the piano and drums.

Saturday, Delany my new nurse came to my house, then we went to the horseback riding place, and I was looking for my peppermints for my horse, but I couldn’t find any in the back of my car. Luckily, Gretchen, my teacher said that there are peppermints in the barn. Guess what I did? I took a trail ride to the barn and one of my side walkers found some! Finally, I got off of my horse, Mark, and I fed him and his tongue was wiggling. I was thinking of Linda when he wiggled his tongue because Linda loves horses also. After that, we went home and at around 12:45 pm, my cousin, Alison showed up at my house. Isn’t that funny? I didn’t know that she was coming. I was so shocked and excited! Anyways, we went to baseball and oh my gosh, it was so so so so hot…..really, torching hot. So I tried to smile when it was picture time, but it was difficult because of the heat!! When my buddies got there, I was so so so hot and when they asked me where do you want to play I picked a base, but then it was too hot for me there also! Soon, when we got into the dugout, ah! It was just right! When it was my turn, my buddies helped me hit. When I got back to the dugout, I had some water and it felt so good and refreshing!

Sunday, I went to the zoo with Delany for her first time, and we saw snakes, camp critters, RIO, and Skyfari. It was so fun. Then grandma, Delany and I went to grandma’s house because we wanted to have some more fun. First, I played piano and then, we saw a cute teen movie called Chitty Chitty Bang Bang! We liked it.

My favorite part of the weekend was when I saw that movie because it was a really funny movie. My least favorite part was when I missed my dad. Overall, my weekend was awesome!! Next weekend, my dad will be here so I want to either get a pumpkin or get a costume. I want to do one of these things because I will be with my dad again! I really am excited to see my dad. Also, I want to either play my new game, Mario and Luigi Dream team or spend time with my dad because it will be so fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weekend of September 5, 2014

My weekend was really fun. It was filled with amazing things like meeting my new nurse, going to o.t., going horseback riding, etc…

On Friday, I had a new nurse named Delany and I liked her. She, Arlie and I went to school. After school, we went to o.t.

Saturday, I went horseback riding on Mark and then I went to opening ceremony for miracle league. Next, we went home, rested before my friend Jaydon came and we played piano, and Wii.

Sunday, I went to the Natural history museum and we saw Ms. Frizzle, which was all about dinosaurs. Then, we rode the carousel and it was so neat!

My favorite part of the weekend was seeing Jaydon because I love him! My least favorite part was nothing because it was all really fun. Overall, my weekend was exciting. Next weekend I want to either go to SeaWorld or buy a costume. I want to do one of these things because it will be so fantastic!

Weekend of August 29, 2014

My weekend was fun! It was filled with awesome/swell/amazing things like seeing my family, going to the cemetery, going horseback riding, celebrating my dad’s 60th birthday, etc…

Friday, I had half day of school because I then went home right away because grandma m and grandpa m were home. Because it was my dad’s 60th birthday, I gave him a funny card. A few hours later, my cousin, Jonathan and Uncle Ron arrived from the train ride from LA to SD. Then Eric and Alex were there too. He was the one who only helped me with a level on frozen free fall. At around 1 pm, each person of the family took different cars to the cemetery in Sorrento Valley because we said prayers for momma. It’s called a reveling [unveiling]. The best part was when my dad gave a speech about how he missed Joan so much. I really miss her. Aww!!!!!!!! After that, we went home, and around 5pm, other people came and Kendra, my friend, came so she talked to me, it was nice!!!!! After that we ate, and we sang happy birthday to my dad and other people. It was so exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday, I woke up early, and I saw my jazz band concert from the summer while my dad ate breakfast. Then I practiced baseball, and went to riding with Jonathan, Ron, Grandpa M, and my dad. I rode excellent!!!!!!! Then we came home because around 10 to 11, we drove grandma and grandpa to the airport because they flew back to New York. I was so sad. I almost cried! Boo hoo…anyways, then Ron, Jonathan, my dad and I drove all the way to SEAPORT VILLAGE for lunch. There was this man who dressed appropriately for his performance; he played guitar and a pan flute with extra things with it like wind chimes, and a bass drum. It was amazing because there were some teens there and they loved the music. In fact, when I went to the line for the carousel, there was some little kids but mostly, there was some teens riding it. It was so cool… because I rode a horse I named it Silver. Awww. Then, we walked down near the boats and after, we drove back home and played Wii. Then around 4:15 after [nurse] Rachel came, my dad drove Jonathan to the train; he went back to LA.

Sunday, I woke up and feeling happy, I decided to go to the zoo. Meanwhile, I bumped into Ron and dad because I said bye to Ron; once again my dad drove Ron to the airport without me. That’s ok I thought, zoo it is. When we got on the freeway, Rachel wanted some food, and then we drove to the zoo. We walked past snakes, past the potty and into the back side of the Children’s zoo because we saw RIO 4D and one part Nigel said, “I can’t…” the other parrot said, “Can’t do what?” Nigel said, “I can’t…flyyyyyyyyyyyyy!”So after that we headed to camp critters and campfire Dave entertained the people in the stands by singing songs, and had some fun before camp opens. When camp opened there were some amazing animals like 3 parrots that were flying around the stadium. Then, I went on the bus, after that we went home and we saw Eric and Alex not at my house but at grandma’s house. It was fun because Alex and Eric spent time with me and we danced and hung out there until like almost 6. Then, my dad and I went home.

Monday was so fun. Arlie took me to her mall, and there was a massage chair and my back felt good. Then I walked around the mall and saw this area which looked like an arcade and a café and I wanted to go check it out but Arlie said, “JOE IS WAITING FOR US AT MY HOUSE!” I was like OH MANNNNNNNNNN………. so we finally got out of the Bonita mall and we drove to her house and who was there but Erik and Joe. Erik was watching youtube and Joe was walking me to the couch. At her house, I saw TV, and played with my ipad while eating lunch. Mmmm!! Then around 2:30 pm we went home because my friend Savi came over. She told me that she went not to Israel but to Germany. We hung out for an hour and then she left.

My favorite part was Arlie’s house because it was so special. Also, Seaport Village was really great! My least favorite was when my family flew home. I was upset. Also, I didn’t like the fact that grandma m didn’t go horseback riding. Overall, my weekend was the best ever! Next weekend I want to go to the organ pavilion in Balboa Park or see the movie Twilight. I want to do one of these things because it will be super.

Weekend of August 22, 2014

My last week of summer was ok. It was filled with terrible but fun things like staying home, going to LEGOLAND, watching a drill team on YouTube, seeing my grandma and grandpa, etc…

On Monday, I stayed home because I was sick; I was coughing a lot, had some coughing fits, and I didn’t feel well to go anywhere. Luckily, I did see this Norway drill team which is amazing! The King’s Guard is the name of the team. It’s a marching band with a drill team who are men with rifles and sometimes they have flags. They do synchronized moves with the band like color guards do. Anyways, during the rest of the week, I slept, rested, and on Thursday night, my grandma and grandpa flew all the way here for a week and I was so excited to see them. Also, grandma told funny jokes and riddles to me.

Sunday evening we went to Sheryl and Sid’s house and it was past the turn to Jaydon’s house and they have 2 cats and a dog. The dog’s name was Danny and it was a poodle. So cute!!! Then it was late so we went home.

Monday, I slept late and Arlie and I first went to the glasses place to tighten my glasses. Then, we drove to the outlets near LEGOLAND because I needed some new black tennis shoes.   When we looked in the first shoe store, first of all, it was huge and the music was WE ARE FAMILY and WALK LIKE A EGYPTION, but there was no size for me. So when we looked in the next, no right size, the next HAD a very comfortable setting because the shoe I tried on was just right!!!!!!!!!!! Happy right? Then we drove to LEGOLAND and when it was time to go in, we were late for the fire show so we saw where Marco was hiding and it ended great! Then I rode the bike ride and the Fairy tale boat ride which had no lines. Nice! Then I took a picture with Wildstyle from the Lego movie. It was in the WATER WORKS area where kids can get wet like a big pool or like a water machine, oooh! Next, I went to the aquarium and before we went in, I got 2 stamps on my right and left arms. I saw fish and a Lego guy in a suit on a ship! It was so cool like the nemo ride at Disneyland. Lastly, we drove home.

My favorite part was when I saw that drill team because teens love that. My least favorite was when I got sick because I whined a lot. Overall, my week was all right. Next weekend since Monday is a holiday, I want to either go to Arlie’s house or go to her mall. I want to do one of these things because it will be wonderful!!!
